It's a good idea to introduce employees to recreational activities. In my opinion, the committee structure could be as follows:
- President from the HRD Dept
- Vice President from Production
- Committee members from All Department Heads
- Financial Secretary from the Finance Dept
- Event Manager from General Administration Dept

If possible, do not form one gigantic committee; instead, form various subcommittees or forums, for example, one for waste minimization and one for Total Preventive Maintenance, etc.
