Greetings,

Please consider my questions:

- Have you decided on any parameters based on which you are reviewing the format?
- What are the areas of improvement that you have decided on in the new format?

Here are a few structures attached in the links for your review:

- [Salary format](https://www.citehr.com/29834-salary-slip-format-5.html#post696620)
- [Salary - working format](https://www.citehr.com/94093-how-prepare-salary-breakup-various-levels.html#post377789)

Hi Cite Contribution,

I am looking for all the deduction rules for creating a salary. I have only 4 employees, and it is a Pvt. Ltd. company. We will have up to 9-10 employees by the end of this year. Therefore, I am in search of a salary calculator that includes a conveyance allowance, telephone allowance, and other allowances that my employees can use for better tax deductions. I am also wondering if I need to cut any PF. When should we start deducting PF, and could you please provide information on TDS or any other taxes that I need to deduct from the payroll?

Thanks a lot for your help.
