I have read that the basic four stages/steps are:

1. Assessment of the job
2. Attracting applicants
3. Placement and follow-up
4. Analysis of the applications

But I did not know the details. Could someone please provide me with more information? I would be thankful to you.

Hi,

Stages of recruitment involve analyzing a job, assigning responsibilities to a job, and determining a suitable salary/wage. The next steps include advertising the job in newspapers with a specified closing date, receiving applications from individuals, and recording these applications.

Following this, the process continues by selecting at least six qualified candidates, choosing four individuals to sit as panel members, and conducting interviews. Ultimately, the best candidate is selected, and an employment offer is extended, complete with wages and benefits.

Once the selection is made, an induction process takes place to familiarize the new employee with the firm's procedures and policies.

I hope this overview proves helpful.
