Dear all,
Let's focus on practical application. We often read about motivating factors in management literature. Let's engage in a game to identify these motivating factors ourselves.
The rule is simple: everyone will list three things that motivate them. Then, others can ask questions to the individual about those motivators.
I'll begin with my list:
1. Money
2. Recognition
3. Freedom of choice
Now, it's your turn - "Do you have anything different?"

Dear Sagar,
Thanks for sharing your nice views. Can you please further share what is there in your job that motivates you? There must be something like challenge, learning, position, money, etc.
Regards,
Arun

Hi,
Motivators for me are (in order of impact):
1. Power to make decisions/Authority
2. Respect
3. Money
4. Whether I enjoy my work?
5. And the absence of the biggest demotivator—Stagnation 😉
Best regards,

Dear Friends,
I have gone through some articles and found the following suggestions for motivating employees:
1. Create an environment that helps employees motivate themselves. Managers often believe that money is the top motivator, but employees express that appreciation is key.
2. Get excited about your practice and chiropractic care.
3. Hire the right person for the job.
4. Train your staff properly and thoroughly.
5. Clearly communicate your expectations to your staff. Ensure they understand the clinic and practice goals and involve them in achieving these goals.
6. Reward your staff when they accomplish goals.
7. Lead by example. If you expect punctuality, demonstrate it yourself.
8. Be fair and consistent; avoid playing favorites.
9. Compliment your staff regularly. Acknowledge their efforts and let them know they are doing a good job.
10. Do not keep unproductive staff members. If some employees are causing stress and not contributing, it may be necessary to let them go.
Thank you.

Hi,
I would like to say that it is not possible to motivate others. But one can inspire others. I firmly believe that the best motivation is self-motivation, and we can play a role in helping others to achieve this through inspiration. Inspiration is to change thinking, and motivation is to change behavior. I cannot change others' behavior, but I can help him/her to change his/her thinking, and that, in turn, will change his/her behavior.
