Fantastic one, few of my L&D professionals may not agree since the quota for training is only 10%, but in reality, this is true. The post-training activities or projects give the maximum learning or development. Fully agree with this. Thanks for posting it.

Nice one. Even I believe that on-the-job training is always more beneficial than classroom training. However, at times, classroom training is necessary for entry-level employees or freshers.
