I would like to confirm whether ESI contributions should be deducted from an employee's Full and Final (F&F) settlement if the employee, who has been eligible for ESI and working for a year, resigns.

1. Washing allowance.
2. Uniform allowance.
3. Adhoc allowance.
4. Reimbursement.
