1. Design the content to suit the emotional level of the new joiners. In case your joiners can be categorized as fresher, laterals, and seniors, plan accordingly.
2. Add anecdotes from the teams they would work with to motivate them to work better.
3. Arrange for leadership addresses on day one as it impacts the most. The new joiner would be glad to hear from a visionary, including the Director, center head, business head, etc.
4. Bring in a top performer to speak for a few minutes to showcase the levels they can achieve.
5. If your company is multi-location and your organizational heads are located far from the induction center, arrange for a video and a short Skype call if possible.
Running through your presentation would require support from real-time experiences. So get these effective speakers to address.
