I am presently working in a company, and I have received an offer from a new company. The new company has requested me to join within a month. However, my current company's offer letter states a three-month notice period. How can I be relieved from my current company within one month?

If you want to join a new company within a month, you can inform your new company that they will buy out your notice period. This means your new employer will pay your two-month salary to your current employer.

Discussing Your Notice Period with HR
Discuss with your present HR about your situation. If they are willing, you can pay the money (to relieve after 1 month) to them. On the other hand, please discuss with your future HR and try to get some more time to join with them.
