Hi Vijay,

Great day!!

The market is looking good for SAP HR. Since you have ample functional experience, it will be a strong point in your favor. Try to obtain references (from friends) from some companies and apply through them.

All the best!!!

Hi Vijay,

You can consider doing a course certified by a credible organization. SAP or Siemens would be good options. Once you are a certified professional, you will receive many excellent job offers. However, the course is slightly expensive, ranging from about 1.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs, but it's totally worth it.

Hi Vijay Anand,

You have made a good decision at this time because the HR field offers unlimited work opportunities, especially considering how quickly things are changing. Even HR professionals need to keep up with new technologies.

Given your 9 years of experience, SAP-HR is a highly valuable course in the market. You should consider learning this course at reputable institutes such as Siemens or SAP Institutes in Bangalore.

This course is also available in Hyderabad (Ameerpet circle) with fees of up to 20,000/-. By completing this course, you will gain a better understanding of the tasks associated with your position. This knowledge will enhance your work performance, potentially leading to a salary increase within your current company and attractive offers from external organizations.

Best of luck to you. Completing SAP-HR will help you establish a good reputation.

Hi Vijay,

If you have any plans to do a course in SAP, then you need good process knowledge in HR functions such as Payroll, Time Management, e-Recruitment, etc. You do not need to 'study' anything literally; you have to observe and learn.
