Don't ever fight with the attitude, fight with the situation. As the situation always gives you more opportunities to learn something, but attitude never. Coping with the situation will always lead you toward the new heights of understanding life. Attitude never wins battles, it just leads you towards the dark path of the shadow. So live happy, live cheerful.

Hello Pratyesh,
Thank you so much for the lovely PPT. I have had a bad day, and you have no idea how much relief the PPT has given me.
Please advise, my boss thinks that I don't socialize enough with all the managers. To be honest, I have tried; however, they seem least bit interested to speak to me!
I am in such a fix. Please give me some advice.
Grace in dilemma!!!!

Yes, but wouldn't a "Lage Raho Situation Mein, Munnabhai" be again a matter of attitude—of diligence, perseverance, confidence, and optimism? But yes, it's quite a differently thought-provoking bit for sure. Thanks.

Dear Pratyesh,
Very nice presentation. However, I was puzzled in the beginning with the words, "Never fight the attitude." It took some time for me to realize that you are advising not to fight other people's attitude.
How true! Rather than fighting somebody else's attitude, we need to build up our own. Your presentation is a very good pointer to develop self-awareness based on universal principles.
Keep it up, please.

Well, I do not agree. Actually, attitude is your personality; it shows that you are ready for the next level. Otherwise, you will remain a 'laborer' throughout your tenure. There are two attitudes - one is good and the other is bad. Opportunity may provide short-term gains in your career, but your good attitude will bring you long-term success. You need to understand when to utilize your good attitude.

Attitude is the main criterion in any establishment. Your attitude will reflect on your institution. Don't show any anger, bad posture; deal with the situation with impartial judgment but with simplicity. Remember, you represent an institution, and the rest of the world looks at you. A slight attitude may endanger you as well as your institution.
