A good and practical write-up on an important HR dimension. In the Indian context, 'Discipline at work', is more which is being imposed from the top, than being self-regulated. It's then really a wonder that, to sustain talent in the business, industry, and corporation, talented staff also need behavioral counseling and reformation therapy. More ironic is the fact that talent yet remains to be encouraged in India because it is not a common commodity, so freely and easily available in the HR market.
