I really want to focus on why companies' recruiters are not giving a chance to freshers. If they do not provide any opportunities to freshers, how can they gain experience? They might be missing out on talented candidates who could help their company grow by giving their best.
I am a fresher who has pursued an MBA with a specialization in HR. I am truly disappointed by the current vacancies where companies are seeking experienced candidates. I urge companies to give freshers a chance to prove themselves.

I guess you have had a few failures and you are speaking only from your experience. We, as a company, hire 80% freshers. I know my friends working as HR in many companies mainly prefer freshers as they can be trained and groomed easily as per company requirements.
After doing an MBA in HR, you shouldn't be losing hope so easily; it just shows your immaturity. You need to be patient. Perseverance is the key to success. Keep trying until you succeed.
