good information.... but in Provident fund and Misc act 1952, the description of form 10 D is incorrect as it is used in case of death of member instead of form 20 Pls correct me if wrong

Dear Sir,
On behalf of the Work Order/Job contract, you may issue Form V from your side (if you are the principal employer). The Labour Office will provide you with a challan for the deposit amount based on the number of job hands. A copy of the challan, showing the deposited license fee, may be submitted until you receive the Labor License from the Labour Office.
