I am presently working in an organization for the last 5 years (manufacturing) as an Admin Assistant. Recently, I was promoted to Assistant Manager (HR & Admin). I have completed my graduation in M.Com.
The company was established in 1984, and currently, there are 500 employees/workers on staff. Could you please help me on how to start my work and satisfy myself and all other employees? Because they didn't provide me with training, and I am new to HR.
