I am presently working in an organization for the last 5 years (manufacturing) as an Admin Assistant. Recently, I was promoted to Assistant Manager (HR & Admin). I have completed my graduation in M.Com.
The company was established in 1984, and currently, there are 500 employees/workers on staff. Could you please help me on how to start my work and satisfy myself and all other employees? Because they didn't provide me with training, and I am new to HR.

Hi, I am Snehal Patel from Kalol, presently working in a flexible pouch packaging company in the HR department. I have completed B.Sc in Chemistry and then completed an MBA in HR and IRPM (Industrial Relationship Personal Management).
Our company was started in 1996, and we currently have 210 employees/workers. I have one year of experience in this company. However, the company does not have a specific HR department. When I joined, nobody could help me. I am willing to handle tasks such as manpower providing, attendance management, payroll, PF forms, employee grievance handling, etc. But I am not satisfied with my work.
