I have tried the following sources of recruitment:
1. Consultants/Placements
2. Advertisements in print media
3. Job portals
4. Employee referrals

However, we are not getting quality technical manpower. Can you suggest any alternative source of recruitment?

Hi Srini,

For technical manpower, at least at the fresher level, you can approach the various ITIs. Also, try to cover the major Industry Fairs by either participating in them or distributing flyers outside the venues, depending on the requirement.
