I am unable to download the PPT which I wished to use. In fact, for the past few weeks, I have been unable to download anything from citehr, unlike other similar portals. A message appears stating that there should be a 2-minute gap between downloads and asks me to wait for some time, as a download is already in progress. However, no download takes place.
I am certain that this issue will be addressed by the citehr authorities, as many of my colleagues have also been complaining about the poor service from citehr regarding this matter.
