Nice. Earlier also, there was a post 'Management Principles in Mahabharat' or so. But your version is also good.
Mahabharat is said to be Panchama Veda. Vedas were out of reach of the common man. So Mahabharat was written with a view to teach the common man what all is there in Vedas. Actually, the life thread of Pandavas is Dharma. They won only because of this. Righteousness, their way of life. This is the reason why God is on their side. This is a great message it renders.
