I just joined a company here as a trainee HR and I am very new to the concepts. I think it is high time that on Sundays and on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays (holidays here), I go for classes to be clear with the practical HR aspects. I am looking for institutes in Mumbai, preferably in South Mumbai.
Please, please help me and guide me. Also, for the salary processing, I want to be comfortable with the use of Paypac software.

- Internal references by sending mail, posting it on Job portal, giving it to a consultant
- Points to be observed while dealing with HR consultants
- How to negotiate with the candidate
- Points to be observed while closing the Position
Induction:
- Points to be incorporated in an induction program
- Hand-holding or Buddy program for a new Joinee
HR Audit points & ISO expectations from HR
It is Hands-on Experience.
These are weekend classes, specially designed for working Candidates.
