This is my email id: SravanthiNarayan@in.com. We signed a Non-Compete Agreement (NCA) with the vendor, but he is not okay with the pre-existing and holding clause. He is asking to sign the NCA as it is. Later, we had a discussion, and he requested us to send an addendum with necessary modifications. Now, my query is, should I mention only the necessary modifications in the addendum? If not, please help me out with some solutions.

Dear All,
I have added the clause of not joining a competitor within 1 year after leaving our company in the appointment letter. However, this clause only covers my new joinees. What should I do for those who are already in the system? What mode should I adopt to communicate this clause to them?
