Dear Seniors,

I would like you to advise me on whether to pursue CIPD certificates (CPP) or SHRM certificates (PHR). What are the differences between them for HR professionals working in the UAE? As far as I know, CIPD is based on UK laws, and SHRM is based on US laws. What are your thoughts and recommendations, seniors?
