Hi, I have been approached by an HR Training team via email to attend a 2-day workshop on Comp & Benefits known as the Middle Earth Consulting. It's on the 23rd and 24th of April in Delhi. It says that there would be a certification by Carlton Advanced Management Institute (USA). It's costing 15k but looks quite impressive. Can anyone please advise me if I should go forth with this and if it's worth it? (please see the attached Word doc) Also, if anyone wants the details of this training program, please let me know...
