As my organization will be celebrating its first-year annual day, as an HR Admin, I have been assigned to come up with new innovative ideas to conduct activities for our employees. We are a total of 30 employees, and it has to be a day-long activity. Could anyone please give me suggestions and ideas related to this topic as soon as possible.

You can proceed with sports and cultural activities. If your company is inviting employees' families, you have the option for children's running races, competitions like one-minute games (sari-wearing, biscuit-eating, etc.), spoon races, tug of war, and many other activities.
You can also arrange lucky draw coupons and Tambola.
