Please advise me on the Construction Act of 1996. Currently, new building interior designing work is underway in Bangalore under the Construction Act. However, it has come to my attention that some external contractors have not obtained the necessary licenses. As a result, the labor department has issued a notice to the principal employer.
I hold a single electrical contractor's license. Could you please assist me with the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly?
