Dear seniors,
I am required to furnish my salary certificate to the bank with which I am dealing. I have submitted a request letter to my Finance department asking for my salary slip or a salary certificate. However, they refused to issue it to me. Now, please advise me on what legal action could be taken against such an employee. Should I proceed with legal steps?

Dear Dinamoni,
You don't need to take legal action against that person. You just need to give a written complaint to the upper-line manager regarding the ignorance of the fellow employee. In the meantime, inform the bank that the concerning person is on leave and you shall submit shortly. You can even provide the bank statement for the past six months, reflecting the salary debited from the company... 😉
