You need to mention the actual time in and out of each employee as this is required by law and is beneficial for your organization to track actual punctuality and absenteeism. It is mandatory (for international social compliance purposes too) to record time in and out so that you can trace the actual overtime hours. Please make the necessary changes, and thanks for sharing the beautiful file.
