You can search for such candidates on job search sites such as [Brick7.in - India Jobs Search Engine](http://www.brick7.in) or through networking. Additionally, you can email them all the information about your company and details regarding the job.

Hi,
Just try out the following:
a. HEADHUNTING, i.e., catching the competitor's employees and luring them out if you can offer a better package, work timings, job profile, etc.
b. Find out if there are any famous recruiting communities on social networking sites, particularly for your city, like in Orkut, LinkedIn, etc. Some region-specific communities may help you.
c. Mail this to all your friends in the network. You may get at least 1-2 more references.
d. You can visit centers that provide training/courses for medical transcriptionists, and from there, you can have CAMPUS RECRUITMENTS. They can also give you good references. This data (of training centers) you can get from local directories, yellow pages, sites like Google, Justdial.com, etc.
e. Nowadays, job sites like Naukri and Shine.com have started a facility that employers can POST FREE JOB VACANCIES for 10-15 days or a month, etc. Try it out, friend. It can help you for sure.
f. Last but not least, you can give an advertisement in any newspaper with good circulation in your local newspaper pages. It will give you an immediate response. If you feel it will be too costly and may go out of reach of your pocket, you are still left with two ways:
1. Get printed pamphlets. These are too cheap in cost. Get a tie-up with local newspaper vendors and get them distributed to all the newspapers in your target areas.
or
2. Find out wherever advertisements of your competitors for similar recruitments are coming in newspapers; go and visit such places; just get an idea of where candidates are coming from; interact with them, deliver them the pamphlets, distribute your visiting cards, etc. You can also try to take data of rejected candidates and can sort out better candidates from them.
In short, there are many ways, dear, and 10 days is not a short span of time. Keep going.

Dear Raghu,
I don't know why you are not familiar with the latest updates in the web. There are lots of free job portals that don't charge anything for recruitment or logins. Additionally, there are many websites where they provide a free database of candidates looking for jobs. What you have is like an ocean. The only thing is that you have to navigate it accordingly...
All the best!

Dear Raghu,
Mr. Mayank has provided great information on sourcing. You can follow any of those. It would be better if you list out your competitors and advertise to the employees there that your company has openings. You can do this by spreading pamphlets, posting the job on free job portals, posting it on Orkut, promoting it, posting it on LinkedIn, and other such platforms. All the best!
