Dear All,

Organizations exist to perform. If people perform at their peak level, organizations can compete and create waves. The focus of the performance appraisal process is measuring the actual performance of the employee, to assess his/her potential, and to plan their future. Appraisal facilitates the following:
- To assess one's contribution towards organizational goals
- To identify one's strengths and weaknesses
- To identify and work on development areas of an individual
- To enhance performance levels
- To give a fair chance to every individual to highlight his/her achievements
- To recognize talent
- To identify weak points across the organization
- To develop a training program for the year

Hence, to discuss the same, we have a meeting with all the Appraisers tomorrow at 11 am sharp.
