Dear Seniors,

Regarding the consolidation of salary along with PF and ESI, is the probation period for six months included in the consolidated salary fixed in our organization? Are employees eligible for PF and ESI under this arrangement?

Please assist me with this query.

Dear Seniors,

We have started a company specializing in printing and logistics. Currently, we have appointed 15 employees. In their offer letters, they have mentioned a consolidated salary amount and a probation period of 6 months.

As a result, these 15 employees are eligible for PF and ESI.

Please advise me.
