Please suggest your new innovative ideas for Attrition reduction plan.
Below few reason for attrition:
1) Late seating / unreasonable workload
2) Management involvement
3) Disatisfaction about job profile

Rather than knowing the reasons , find the solution.
Below can be the options to reduce attrition rate:
Involvement of Family - for eg. Mediclaim insurance for families, inviting family members at the workstation or office premises, etc.
Planning and Showcasing future benefits to the employee for eg. Paying variable pay every end of the quater, appraisals Half yearly, few reimbursements in between, arranging trainings, and add some responsiblities. This way if an employee is planning to quit he will have to loose something or the other. If he is planning to quit in January he will loose either his reimbursement or variable pay in Mar or he will loose his increment after march appraisal... Such a plan would need an excellent HR Strategy
