Please provide me with information on the minimum wages in Gujarat. Are there any rules regarding hiring a person on a fixed salary for five years? In case of any exploitation by the government, what steps should one take to seek justice?
I completed my Ph.D. in Agriculture in January 2002. Currently, I have been receiving a fixed salary of Rs. 4500 for five years from the Agriculture University. What actions should I take to ensure justice?

Basically on what terms and condition you are been obsorbed or accepted by you. Further for unskilled labour the rate is 143 Rs

When the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, guidelines for the new sixth pay scale suggest giving 5 increments for a Ph.D. (Agri) compared to an M.Sc. (Agri) person who receives Rs. 8000 as pre-revised basic, how should I proceed for justice from the Gujarat Government/Agriculture University? How can I change the resolution?
