In a start-up firm, currently no departments are organized properly. If a person joins as an HR there, how will they arrange all company matters in a sequential way? Please share your ideas and guidelines. Thank you.

Hi,

You know there are some excellent books on HR which you can buy that may help you:

- "Human Resource Management: Theory and Practice" by John Bratton and Jeffrey Gold
- "Human Resources Kit for Dummies" by Harold Messmer Jr.

Thank you.

I am very thankful for your valuable information. It was very useful for me since I am appointed as an HR person in a startup concern. Various HR policies are to be implemented in the organization. Your guidelines were very informative. Once again, I thank you for your information.
