I am pursuing my postgraduate degree in I/O Psychology and working as an intern at TATA Power. I am currently working on competency mapping for my project and need to conduct a survey for this purpose. I have attached my questionnaire to this post.
Criteria:
- MBA in HR
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience (more than 3 years is also acceptable)
- Experience in either recruitment or training department
