I am from South Africa. I have developed a safe mindset development program lasting 2 days, focusing on changing behavior to think and work safely for one's own, family's, team members', and company's benefit. The outcome of the session is a Safety Pledge based on 5 pillars. We then gather input from teams and finalize a generic one for the organization. We have seen very good results so far.
