Hi Everybody,
I am looking for some well experienced behaviour based safety (BBS) trainers, who have Industrial Psychology background or Industrial safety background with enough exposure in BBS area. Preferred location is Delhi, Ahmedabad, Vadodara or Mumbai. Industry experience will be highly desirable.

What ever advances being made in machine or technology , the user is always human . The mental status .Personality ,Mind set & level of motivations, while working is most important . Hence whenever, we talk about BBS ,we should focus our training on human being rather than machine . Defintly the rate of accident will be minimum .
