Topics like "Identification of Various Potential Stressors Prevailing in an Organization" and "Stress Risk Assessment" can be explored. You can also compare various organizations in the same sector or different sectors. Additionally, you can identify which level of employees in an organization are more stressed and why.

Dear Ms. Deepa,

"Effects of Commuting Stress on your daily work" could be a topic for you. If you are in Mumbai, you may conduct some research to find out the results of using the Bandra-Worli Sea Link on the commuting stress of suburban people traveling to South Mumbai daily for work. Explore how they felt before and how they feel now. Has it affected their productivity at work, resulting in better outcomes, improved relationships, and stronger client ties?

This could also be a valuable study to evaluate the effectiveness of this new infrastructure. It's relatively simple - you just need to interview them at the toll junction, after obtaining proper permission from the relevant authority.

All the best!

Regards,
Dr. Rege

I forgot to add - this is to find out if they could MANAGE their earlier commuting STRESS by using BWSL?

Who knows, if your paper is exceptional, it may be lauded and used by other Indian states and other countries to manage their traffic and increase their own work efficiency. It could also save you the boredom of choosing routine OB topics - staying in the closeted workplace and talking to only a particular group of people by choosing a different topic - by being in the open nature, with the Arabian Sea for company, and by getting a chance to interact with a cross-section of Mumbai glitterati from varied work cultures.

In case you do choose this topic, I offer you all my help as a Police Doctor in getting you the permission.

Hi,

The projects related to stress management can be:

1) Identify the various factors responsible for causing stress in an organization (such as physical, organizational, job role-related, job demands-related, etc.).

2) Assess the current level of employee stress in the organization.

3) Evaluate the effectiveness of the current stress coping activities and suggest improvements.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification.

Hi,

You can conduct a study on stress levels comparing service sector and industrial sector employees or HR managers. Additionally, you can explore the effects of stress on productivity or personal enhancement. Furthermore, you may investigate the impact of stress on employee plateauing, considering stress as one of the reasons for plateauing.

Thank you.
