Hi,

I have newly joined a hospital industry and am supposed to release a notice on following the dress code strictly as we are in the service sector and mainly handling patients, etc.

The employees are not allowed to wear jeans, t-shirts, sleeveless dresses, or skirts. Please share some formats if you have any. We need to release the information without affecting the sentiments of the employees.

Thanks,
Hema

You should write a polite email to everyone explaining the need for following the dress code. Discuss with your management, and in my opinion, the staff at the hospital generally has to wear a uniform, and the question of wearing other clothes does not arise. If you do not have a policy to make the employees wear a uniform, it would be better to introduce the uniform so that there is no problem regarding the dress code.

Thanks & Regards, Avika Kapoor
