Hello friend,

I want to ask one question from all of you. I am an MBA graduate who has just started my professional career. I am currently working with HDFC Bank as a Sales Coordinator. My boss assigns me work during lunchtime or when it's time to leave, and he also double-checks my work. He often finds reasons to shout at me, even when I have completed all my tasks on time.

One day, I was unwell with a fever and had to take a day off. On that day, a coordinator called me and asked for my resignation. I seek guidance from all of you on whether I should resign or not. Please help.

It's very simple, dear. This is known as psychological harassment, a technique being used to get rid of individuals who are not liked by the top management. In this scenario, the employee gets irritated and eventually decides to leave the company. Do not worry; the solution is straightforward. You can either wait for your boss to get transferred or choose to quit the company when other opportunities arise. Ultimately, the decision is yours because you are the best judge of yourself in this universe.

May I know where you are located so that I can assist you in your career? Everyone is always welcome.
