We have 10 district offices, and Hyderabad is the regional office. I am a Senior Admin Executive (though the letter has not been issued, I hold the position of Admin Executive for Andhra Pradesh) in my regional office. Currently, my boss has tasked me with preparing the roles and responsibilities of an office admin at the district level. I am involved in the logistics, accounts, and HR departments, handling all administrative tasks. Can anyone assist me in creating the roles and responsibilities for the admin and accounts positions? If there is a template available, I can make necessary adjustments. Also, what are the daily and monthly reports that need to be prepared?
