Hi,

Content-wise, everything looks good. However, when I downloaded it onto my system and opened it, I noticed some format issues. Could you please double-check the format?

Additionally, I believe the color combination of the font and background could be enhanced to make it more effective. Also, please verify the triangle photo, which has some Telugu characters on its left side.

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks

Hi Deepak K,

Your feedback is valued. Good is a start, but striving for better and eventually the best is key. As they say, a picture speaks louder than a thousand words. Incorporating pictures, cartoons, and catchy visuals can elevate the appeal of your presentation. While your content is solid, enhancing it with vibrant colors, animations, and attractive elements can make it more engaging.

Best of luck with your enhancements.

Regards,

Motivation Management needs to focus more on leadership skills, e.g., establishing vision and goals, communicating the vision and goals, and guiding others to accomplish them. It also asserts that leadership must be more facilitative, participative, and empowering in how visions and goals are established and carried out. Some people assert that this really isn't a change in the management functions;

Hi,

Good presentation. But, as the saying goes, improvement is always good. The color and font can be worked upon. When I downloaded it, the formatting was not there. Just check these; it would be good. One more suggestion: if you can add a motivation test to it, it would be great.

Keep up the good work.

Cheers,
Jyoti

Dear friends,

Thank you for the nice PowerPoint presentations and other files on motivation. I kindly request you to forward the presentations shared by Prof. Lakshman on motivation and organizational behavior. I encountered an issue while trying to download them. If any of you have already downloaded these files, could you please send them to me?

At this point, I am considering another possibility, which involves linking stories from Panchatantra to motivation theories.

Thanks and regards,
S. Sridhar

Dear friend,

The presentation made by you seems to be good. However, I feel you should add some content pertaining to SELF-MOTIVATION. In order to get motivated, one has to look inside themselves to determine if what they are doing is justifiable. Every day, before going to sleep, they should conduct a self-analysis to discover their inner self and bring out the best in themselves.

Create something based on the above to give it more strength.

Thanks and regards,

Hi,

I liked all the PPTs on motivation. They are good. One thing I need is very effective motivation study material or a PPT for when I have a group of 500 people who have returned to work after an indefinite strike to form a union. I need to train my supervisors and subordinates in handling these people during this critical period. Can anyone help me with this?

Praveen
