I would like to have details of Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and Privilege Leave for factory employees of factories having less than 20 workers in Tamil Nadu.

Dear Chandra,

If you search the site, you will get all the answers. It has been discussed several times. For casual and sick leave, you can create your own policy. Generally, big factories certify it through standing orders. Privilege leave is granted as per the Factories Act, which entitles 1 day of leave for every 20 days worked. Typically, a factory provides 7 days of casual leave and 10 days of sick leave for employees not covered under ESI.
