Hi, Guys! I'm new on this site and working in an IT company. I just wanted to know about the policy for compensatory offs. It is tough to manage Comp. offs for all the employees. What policy or process are you following for Comp. offs? Please let me know about the same ASAP... Please. Regards, Parry

Dear Parry,

In general practice, many companies follow a one-month notice period, i.e., 30 days (in case the person is working on a weekly off). For extra hours worked, one day's pay plus compensatory off is eligible, which means double the normal wage.

dear parry. it depends upon the policy of comp. but as per factory act it is applicable for 90 days.means u can avail c-off up to 90days comletion from ur workig day... thanks devendra
