Hello,
My brother-in-law works in a private limited company. However, the company does not provide any earned leaves or casual leaves in a month, nor is there medical leave. The only holidays he gets are a weekly off on Sundays or national holidays. If he wishes to take any holidays, he needs to take a salary cut for those particular days. The company will credit the amount at the end of the year. Is it not the policy of the HR that earned leaves or casual leave should be awarded to the employee if he is working all the days under the Government of India rules?
