Very nice presentation, especially the bit about listening and being the right person in a marriage instead of trying to find the right person. Though I agree with the majority of what you said, there are times when one has to be stern as well. As Albert Einstein said, "If you are out to describe the truth, leave elegance to the tailor." All circumstances are not alike, and even Dale Carnegie's "You can't win an argument" is not applicable at all times, though one should strive to follow that advice in the majority of situations.
