Seeking Help to Draft a Transfer Request Letter Due to Family Issues – How Would You Approach It?

I am working in Power Grid Corporation of India Limited in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. I would like to request a transfer from Muzaffarpur to my hometown, Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh due to family problems. Could you please help me draft a transfer letter in this regard?
