Hi seniors,

I have completed my MSc and am currently working as an HR Executive. However, most people say that an MBA is more valuable to succeed in HR. Is an MBA mandatory?

I am planning to pursue an MBA through distance learning. Is it worth doing it via correspondence? Can you provide some information on where and which university I can pursue an MBA that is best for distance education? Since I have already completed my master's, is there any possibility of a lateral entry (into the final year)? Please guide me.

Dear Leo,

Thank you for the detailed advice that you have given to Harini. I am sure it will benefit others in the same situation. I could not agree more about the ranking of various modes of obtaining an MBA. But this is something that I am used to from your posts.

Have a nice day.

Dear Leo,

Thank you so much for the detailed information. I'm sure this information will be useful to me. However, I am planning to pursue an MBA through distance learning only. Once again, thanks a million.
