Some features from the following contents appropriate to your requirement for Company's Newsletter.
First page should always be filled up by the news of your company like... From the CEO's Desk or Operations Desk, Monthly Review Meeting highlights (if you have any), Star Employee of the Month, New Joiners, Birthday wishes, and stuff.
Second page should be like "News from Office", on this second page, you can try writing small write-ups with photographs on the events that happen in your company like Marriages, Birthday celebrations, any events conducted by your company. This page depends on the kind of industry you are in.
Third page, you can let your employees know a policy a month, you can add up an article called "Corporate Hero" where you would be writing some articles on Corporate Heroes like Ray Kroc (McDonald's), Karsanbhai K Patel (Nirma), Dhirubhai Ambani (Reliance) etc. Now, comes the interesting article that is "Know Your Colleague", in this article, you would be writing up an article on any one of your employees every month. You can make it two if you want to. You need to interview your employees and gather some interesting stories from their lives and then go ahead and print them. I enjoy doing it. Hope you to will.
Fourth Page would be fillers like Horoscope, Corporate cartoon, Quiz, and amazing facts and stuff.
