Dear Sir/Madam,

Our company is a medium-sized IT company. Our accountant, who has been working with us since 1978, is now leaving the company, better to say retiring at his own wish. I am the only HR person in this company, having only 8 months of experience. Can I organize an exit interview for that person? How can I design the form and what should be my medium? As you know, I am starting this process, I want to make this process very simple and rational. Please help me with the entire process, form, and how should I approach.

Hi, don't worry, go ahead. You can perform a search on citehr, and definitely, you can find exit formats. You need to get two forms: one for feedback collection and the second one for settlement checklist. Ok
