I am tasked with developing performance appraisal forms. I plan to review a few forms. I kindly request assistance from all those working on this project. My goal is to create a form that is easy to evaluate, concise, and specific.

Appraisals are the most sensitive times for any organization. After working on it, I have realized how a HR person needs to be on their toes during that period. I have seen motivation levels plummet when an associate feels that their work has not been justified.

Through my experience, I have found that talking to an employee about their work and providing genuine and timely feedback is crucial. Unfortunately, as it is a time-consuming process, management often tries to ignore it, and that's when a HR person has to step in.
