Hi, I need some ideas on how others have created a Return On Investment scheme for HR or an HR scorecard in Excel or a similar tool. Please attach Word or Excel sheets showing how this was done in your organization or provide good advice on what should be measurable. The goal is to demonstrate on a yearly basis the value that HR brings. I don't have that issue currently, but I believe it is crucial for future HR departments. All suggestions are most welcome!
