It is a very nice PPT. Ethics are very important to follow for every HR personnel. We should give priority to ethical values in dealing with Human Resource activities. In my experience, the majority of HR Managers may not necessarily follow ethical values. Human Resources should interact with Human Relations. If Human Relations are maintained positively, Human Resources can be developed and designed to the highest level in the administration of a firm.
